We are given a file of pcapng(PCAP Next Generation Dump File) format

Lets check whether the file we are given is a pcapng file or a file of different format using the file command.

Since it is a pcapng file , lets check whether there is any human readable strings in this file using strings and filter it using grep command

strings network1.pcapng | grep shaktictf

The flag can be seen in our terminal window after executing the command
